Light The North

We were delighted to be selected for the Light the North charity sculpture trail, which took place across the North East and Northern Isles of Scotland in Autumn 2021.

The trail raised funds for CLAN Cancer Support, an organisation providing vital services to people affected by cancer across Moray, Orkney and Shetland.

Our design, Lighting the Dark, was sponsored by The Good Sleep Company and explores the symbolism of lighthouses - both literal and metaphorical - as sources of guidance and hope. Inspired by the support CLAN offers, the piece reflects the idea of light in difficult times, reminding us that there is always something to guide us forward.

Lainey also painted a lighthouse as part of the same trail called Stronger Together under her illustration name - HappyEmo. You can see video and photos of both designs below.
