Charleston Antics

These mural boards were created with local people from Charleston and installed outside the community centre along a well-used passageway behind the building.

New Scot and native Scot families came together over a series of workshops to draw, collage, play and have fun together. It was a pleasure to develop a vibrant mural based on their ideas and creative input.

The project also featured special guest Mark Urban (Haystack Monolith), who supported musical exploration and encouraged participants to think creatively about sound and mark-making.
